Reverse manoeuvres

Hello all. . .just wanted to know what the correct way to carry out a bay park is. . .for example, how much of your mirrors can you use for the straightening up part of it once you are already partially reversed and no one is behind you. . .should you still be predominantly looking out of the rear window?. . .I have had conflicting advice :-)

Re: Reverse manoeuvres

Good all round observation. Use your mirrors but not at the expense of good all round observations.
Back window
Right blind spot
Left blind spot
Left mirror
Right mirror
Forward
Centre mirror
Or EVERYWHERE as I like to call it  wink

Re: Reverse manoeuvres

I would say that good allround obs are even more important now you are required to back out of a bay rather than into it.
