Which car???

Morning all, I am new to the site and have been carefully reading through very helpful posts whilst trying to choose which car to start out in. . .I think I have narrowed it down to a Yaris or 208. . And would really appreciate guidance or suggestions. I am quite tall so need to make sure that the car will be comfortable as well as reliable and economical too  wink  thanks in advance.

Re: Which car???

Go for test drives, but get the salesman to do a lot of the driving, you need to see what the passenger side is like, that’s where you will spend most of your time.

All things being equal, I would go for the Toyota on the basis of reliability.

You can’t earn if the car breaks!

Re: Which car???

Ditto from me, the view from the left hand seat is very important (blind spots, can you see the speedometer etc).
Toyotas have always been reliable, they are the taxi of choice here in the NT.
