Emergency Stop

Will a test candidate be given a minor fault for checking the rear view mirror before executing the Emergency Stop?

Re: Emergency Stop

The examiner is looking for a quick reaction and a safe, prompt stop...if by checking the mirrors, this is delayed, it could incur a fault in the "promptness" box.

Re: Emergency Stop

What would you do in a 'real life' emergency stop? Would you have time to check the mirrors?
