C1 Driver Training in Glasgow

H Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone can recommend a driving instructor for me in the Glasgow area ? I have a post 1997 test and need to upgrade to a C1 so I can hopefully drive a 3.5 to 5 ish horsebox.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: C1 Driver Training in Glasgow

you can go direct from B to C as C includes C1

Whichever route you choose to get C1 please tick just C & D only on the D2 form

D4 medical - pay over £60 = ripped off

Check out the trucknetuk site newbies forum for more info especially the LGV TRAINING TIPS thread

You do not need initial driver cpc if only going to use privately

Have go at this lot - http://rightdriver.co.uk/highway-code/heavy_vehicle/

you do need to tick C1 or they don't add it, someone did that recently and the DVSA would not allow them to book a test C1 as provisional C would not cover C1. They had to resubmit the forms with the box ticked! You could not make it up!

Ticking C covers C1 - it always has and always will - for confirmation email DVSA and get it in writing

ROG you can get it in writing from the DVSA if you want, I tried to book a test last month and they would not book it.
