Re: AIM Instructor Training (North and West Yorkshire)

Just trained with Phil Hirst at AIM in Harrogate and can't recommend him highly enough to anyone interested in becoming an ADI. All training has been 1-1 in car and set out in a way that the whole course links together logically. e.g. starting introduction to part 3 while still doing Part 1 theory! It works...

I looked forward to each lesson and always went away knowing what I needed to do privately to prepare for the next one.

From start to finish it took me from April 2007 to Jan 2008 (but that included 1 Part 3 failure 5-3 which I think where nerves kicked in for the phase 2!)

Very flexible with payments and I paid for each Part as I went along - no huge fees up front.

Great experience and would recommend without hesitation.

Part 1 - Pass May 2007
Part 2 - Pass July 2007
Part 3 - Fail Dec 2007 (5 & 3)
Part 3 - Pass Jan 2008 (5 & 4) smile

I did the train the trainer course with AIM in January and would highly recommend Phil Hurst to anyone.

Comes across in a very relaxed manner and very meticulous in his preperation.

Re: AIM Instructor Training (North and West Yorkshire)

I trained with Phil from Aim in August of 2016 on a train the trainer course. The training was very strategic and gave me lot's to take away and think about when training my own pdi's.
