Re: Check test vehicle.

Some examiners will refuse on the grounds that there must be a tyre not at correct pressure.  One examiner at my TC would refuse.

Re: Check test vehicle.

Check and adjust the tyre pressures, then re-set via the menu button. Light will go out.

Re: Check test vehicle.

My tyre pressure light keeps coming on, but there is nothing wrong with my tyres.  I did mention it to the examiner on a recent test and it was not a problem.

Re: Check test vehicle.

At my local test centre the DE's will look closely at tyres and if they look fine test will go ahead.

That is impressive, they teach them some super human skills at Cardington.

Re: Check test vehicle.

That's the problem with modern technology, it's not all that reliable.
The "check engine" warning light is a pain on some cars; I've had it come up on my Mitsubishi Lancer but the mechanic couldn't extract the code to see what the actual fault was so he reset it, the car ran OK but the light would come up now and then.
I had a couple of my students tell me they had the same problem with their car as well.
