Company mobile phone policies

Will there be some re-thinking and re-writing of company 'phone policies in the UK as a result of this, do you think?

Doubt it, lots of companies will continue to do as they do now. They'll ensure their MORR policy advises against the use of mobiles whilst driving, advise people to hang up if they realise the person they are calling is driving and include a few facts and figures on the dangers. Then they'll continue as normal until something goes wrong.
