Re: ordit training

This is my view on successfully passing an ORDIT inspection (Without premises).

Get some experience training PDI's.

Sit in and observe your PDI's part 3 tests at every opportunity.

When you have had reasonable success book your inspection.

Keep action plans of the training sessions highlighting their strengths and weaknesses.

Start of inspection;
Recap
Objective

Most importantly you need to apply core competencies. Time out when you identify your PDI has a problem, analyse his problems through the use of Q and A and offer a remedy.

Your level of role play needs to be pitched at the correct level depending on the experience of your PDI.

Finish by summarising the session. Fill out an action plan and outline the what the objectives will be for the next session.
