WANTED Fleet Trainers

Hi All,

We are National Car Control Centres that do skid control courses throughout the UK for corporate companies.

We are looking at putting together a network of Fleet Trainers throughout the UK, that we can work with and pass business too from our current clients and new clients coming on board.

If you are interested in working with us, please email me a copy of your CV along with a contact telephone number to mark@nccc.uk.com,

We will then contact you to discuss the opportunities further, this is not an instanst job and do not want to mislead anybody.  We are at the moment preparing for work that we expect clients to pass onto us and want to have a pre-qualified list of trainers throughout the UK ready to go.

Kind Regards

Mark Hadley

Re: WANTED Fleet Trainers

I, too, am interested in the fee, although more importantly how much work do you currently have as opposed to proposed?

Markos,

I emailed you a cv on the 18th January. I haven't even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement.  Did you receive it?

Re: WANTED Fleet Trainers

Has anybody heard back from them?

As far as I can gather from their website http://www.nccc.uk.com/about-us1.html  their main business seems to be selling 2 hour skid control courses, and taking people with high performance cars round a race track for a couple of hours.

I suspect they are looking to find fleet trainers so they can charge a fee to pass on work they get through their main business. But that's just the sceptic in me. If anybody knows different and they are in fact intending to pay a rate for services provided, do let me know.

Re: WANTED Fleet Trainers

I've spoken to Markos and I know that they do actually want to back up the car control courses they offer to companies with on-road training.

Whether they are getting the enquiries at this stage I don't know, as fleet contracts are notoriously time consuming to finalise, but they were certainly looking to get a database of instructors around the country who they could contact once the work started coming in.

As with many of these things, starting up new bits of the business while keeping the current business running can be a long process.

Getting back in touch with people would usually be a good idea though.

Re: WANTED Fleet Trainers

Do you know which route they are taking tim?

Are they looking for fleet trainers to pay a fee to, or do they want a list of trainers to offer work to on some sort of subcontract basis where the trainer pays them a fee for the referal?

Re: WANTED Fleet Trainers

From the meeting I had with them they were looking at providing the training themselves - they already do this for some companies who require the car control courses, so they have the systems in place to use. Providing fleet alongside the cradle cars seems like a sensible expansion plan, needing little investment for quite a good potential return.

Simple answer - they were looking to pay ADIs to carry out training for them, rather than to sell referrals to.

Hopefully they'll get back to us when they get a chance.

Re: WANTED Fleet Trainers

I haven't heard anything either although I did send my CV.  I have been aproached by a couple of fleet companies, but after the initial flurry of advertising themselves as needing trainers, it goes quiet.  Other fleet trainers I know have complained of the same thing.
