PST no 5

Hi guys if you are teaching PST no 5 partly trained emergency stop/mirrors.
Am i right in saying you would do the briefing at the test centre on mirrors then watch his mirror checks on the way to training place for emergency stop part thanks in advance.

Re: PST no 5

As I understand it, you Q&A on mirrors in test centre rather than brief, then watch and deal with mirrors on way to practice area.  And remember to keep an eye on mirror for rest of phase.

Cheers for that I meant Q&A not briefing

Re: PST no 5

I had pst 5 and was offered the choice by SE
treat it as 2 seperate phases i.e briefing mirrors at TC and E stop on site or both at TC chose seperate and later advised correct decision when told I had a 4 / 4 pass

as briefing both at TC could result in remembering instruction problems

Re: PST no 5

hi everyone! am v new to this site, and am already addicted! part 3 looming and am wondering if i get pst 5 phase 1, whether you get asked to pull up whilst your still watching their mirror use,at a suitable site for the e stop,or whether the decision is left up to the pdi? many thanks in anticipation!!!!!!
